• Reviewing conflict of laws and proposing legislative solutions.
• Reviewing multiple legislations on a given subject and proposing consolidation of laws including Acts, Ordinances, rules, regulations etc.
• Drafting subordinate legislation including rules, regulations, standard operating procedures and internal instructions.
• Drafting institutional polices, by-laws, standing instructions, agreements and other legally binding instruments.
