As an expert, he has been part of these projects: Senior Institutional Policy Expert, Punjab Livestock Policy, USAID’s Punjab Enabling Environment Project; Institutional Development Expert; ADB funded TA for the transformation of Punjab Irrigation Department; Institutional Diagnostic and Reforms Expert, World Bank Funded Governance Support Project (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province); Institutional Assessment Expert for the proposed South Punjab Province/Less Developed Districts in South Punjab, DfID; National Team Leader, Sub-National Governance Program, Oxford Policy Management (funded by DfID).
