Brief info

Dr. Khalid Saifullah is a practitioner, researcher, and trainer in the development sector. He has held management and leadership roles in national and international development organisations. He has endeavoured to promote civil society, education, public health and governance. He has successfully developed and managed over fifty development and humanitarian projects funded by philanthropists and international donors.

Khalid has extensive experience in training and supervising. He has facilitated and conducted more than forty public, private and not-for-profit training programs. He is an experienced grant writer and has helped several national and international NGOs in mobilize local as well as international funds.

He is the author of the book “Gramsci, Hegemony and Civil Society in Pakistan” and several articles on civil society and public health. Khalid has worked in Pakistan as well as overseas. He has a Master of Philosophy degree in International Development Studies and PhD in International Relations.
