Arif Anwar Baloch is a BS-22 officer of Administrative Services Pakistan of 1991 Batch. With a visionary mindset, he has served the Government of Pakistan for 3 decades. He has served in KP, Punjab, and Federal government. He has served as Chief Economist Punjab, Secretary P&D, Secretary Industries, Secretary Local Government, Secretary Literacy, Additional Chief Secretary Agriculture, Commissioner Sahiwal Division and Provincial Census Punjab.
Some of his significant achievements are as follows:
He prepared the first-ever Development Report of the Hazara Division in 1995.
He conducted the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey of Punjab in 2011 as Chief Economist.
He also conducted the 2017 Census of Punjab.
He prepared the first Seed Supply Chain Policy of Punjab as Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture, and Rural Economy.
